My stay had its ups and downs. The hotel boasts spacious rooms that offer a luxurious feel, especially at night. However, I faced some issues with cleanliness despite my requests for housekeeping. The service was quite friendly and I appreciated the effort to upgrade my room for a quieter experience. The location is decent, being at the end of Chaweng Noi beach, but there’s still some noise from the main road. Overall, while there are some excellent features, the cleanliness and noise levels could definitely be improved.
